The ride for the maritime industry
This October, riders from across the maritime industry will come together for Port-2-Port 2026 — a two-day cycling challenge from Southampton to Dover, organised by Herbosch-Kiere in association with Bike4Bart. Covering 272 km along England’s south coast, the ride combines a shared challenge with opportunities to connect, while raising vital funds for the Andrew Simpson Foundation.
Two days on the road
Monday 19 October — Southampton to Brighton · 126 km
The challenge begins in Southampton, with stops including the Andrew Simpson Centre in Portsmouth and Shoreham Port, before finishing the first day at Brighton Marina.
Tuesday 20 October — Brighton to Dover · 146 km
The riders continue east through Eastbourne, Hastings and Rye, completing their journey in Dover ahead of the British Ports Association Annual Conference.
